Honoring your present experience and reaching with you
for what is possible

With a nonjudgmental, celebratory, and humorous approach, I seek to support others in connecting to their path. I bow to my teachers – plant, fungi, spirit and human – in love and deep gratitude for what they have brought to my life. In this spirit of thanks, I pay it forward.

My offerings are borne out of a decade of personal healing work and study, including spiritual direction and psychotherapy. My work is grounded in community, ongoing mentorship and direct apprenticeship with plants and fungi, my ancestors, and other spirit world beings.

What I personally value in a practitioner is a depth of personal experience, and I offer that to my clients. There is nothing that can compare to having been humbled and awed by these realms, again and again. I also value study and apprenticeship, with grounding in specific traditions and technical skills to support others in a wise, healthy way.
